My mysteries have arrived from Twine...

2 boxes of white quite standard stuff but one box was certainly better than the other ...best bottles price wise 2 x Winton Reserve SB £10 per bottle
other than that some Brancott estate and mud house and some others that are all still very drinkable

    1st case had a value of £90
    2nd case had a value of £77.50

no sparkling this time or spirits but quite a good mix between sauv Blanc and Pinot Grigio....

    so all good here.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

thanks for this. Prior to the free cidre we were buying the Aldi version of Fosters Radler - I cant think what its called now. It vanishes over the winter but I've seen it back in stock now but I cant think what it is called now - I am wondering if its still more expensive than the real stuff with cashback

Top up your Greggs reward account with paypal and they'll give you a free lunch

No end date, just a limited number of redemptions.

    Min £5 top up required

edit: I've just done it and the free lunch isn't showing yet :( I only got the email an hour ago, surely they haven't run out :(

edit2: there's an HUKD thread, seems the rewards aren't being added instantly for everyone

some cats are very intuitive, they really understand when you are feeling miserable and the love of a cat is a very previous thing.

nothing to be ashamed about, sleeping separately.

My OH is in the midst of changing his medication so I've had to decamp to the guest room so I am revelling in having the vast expanses of a double bed all to myself .
OH says he is missing me but as he always has Sophie cat wrapped around his neck, tucked under his armpit or sleeping on top of his head I doubt it :D

I moved bedrooms for my own safety, OH was thrashing about like something demented. I had a few leg bruises which neither of us took much notice of but then his arms started doing windmills and I got cracked across the head a few times, one night I nearly had teeth rearranged and the final straw was after I'd put a pillow in the middle for safety about 2 in the morning the pillow got a good thumping.
So OH made an appointment with the doc and I went along to explain because OH had no idea what was going on and I could not wake him up when he was doing whatever he was doing in his sleep. Doc said well you know what to do, one of you has to move and one of you needs to change his meds.
If it was not so serious it would be hilarious :rotfl:

♥ Had the most amazing loving night :o :rotfl:

Fourp & I had a row last night & slept in different rooms.

Mrs Tibbs the cat that avoids me & flinches when I try & stroke her (horrid old female owner before) but loves & trusts Fourp, came into my bedroom, got on the bed & snuggled into my side :eek:
she gave me purring & tummy tickling & cwtching all night :eek:
Woke up this morning & she was still by my side in my arms

    ♥♥

    thank you :j

I've just changed my phone (new phone is a guilt present from OH :D ) and I've not done all of my apps yet - still got to put shopimum on with OHs referral code and COS (could not have it on my old phone as the IOS would not update) and also Greggs (same issue, could not update)
so I will get both greggs app updated on both of our phones.
I did have Paypal as the top up method before but took it off a long while ago - wondering now if this will work
