I hope QOC is having a wonderful time
On the doggy news front, I came home to the news that our little 6 year old westie does have bone cancer. He has been given less than 2 months. He doesn't appear to be in pain or ill, so we have brought him home and the plan is to pamper him for as long as he doesn't appear to be suffering. I am dreading the day I have to take him back to the vet to have him put to sleep. My 15 yo DS, whose dog he is, is in bits
springdreams so sorry to hear the bad news about your doggy0 -
Savvybuyer wrote: »Iams Delights Senior Chicken in Gravy - Pouch (12x85g)50p Apparently this went down to a low of 40p and therefore has increased in price but missed as not in any M I've seen.
You see, I don't know what's going on here, as I've got £4.99 SEL from instore but msm has some Iams 12x85g showing at was £4.90 and now £3.50 price? Yet again totally different pricing to me. However, items always seem to show higher previous 'was' prices and then current prices even when they have gone up in price. Maybe this version is around somewhere and still at 50p in some store but has disappeared from online. I'll take it off the list as it seems to me it's gone up to £4.99 - some of the very good RTCs from a few weeks back do seem to have reverted to very high prices one day or so later - but I'm probably removing someone's item that is available at 50p in their M somewhere else than mine. Has anyone still got this in their M at 50p? TIA.
I feel they're just trying to confuse me and, so far, succeeding:D:rotfl:.:(0 -
Hello TS:wave:

Evening bubbs.Hope all good with you and yours.
I've been slowly moving back in my kitchen so not been around much. I've managed to fill the cupboards already and not even got down any of the new stuff off of DD3's wardrobe yet.
Once the very last of the finishing touches have been done and I get the shelving for the old larder I might be able to give myself more room in the cupboards by spreading out a bit more, just been trying to get my lounge back at the moment so haven't really put too much thought into it yet. Work in progress.
The new oak larder/food cupboard is already full. That didn't take long. All my tinned food is going to have to stay out in my stash room except the odd can of beans or tuna.
But I have to remember Mr TS's new cold room is not in use yet and I expect there are things that will most probably end up in there and that is a huge space. :T0 -

Pringles:D are being kept off the list as they are rather useless £1.25 in A and hopeless at 90p net. I bet there's some from earlier on an RTC in M marked down from £2.48 to £2.25:rotfl:. Tip: don't go and scan the reduced BC and pay £2.25 as you'd be 'better' buying one from the regular shelves now at £1. (Pricing of £2.25 is not an actual example - the actual price of the one I saw may be different - but this is illustrative of the kind of thing I've seen from time to time.) Those RTC shelves do seem a dumping ground for some really pricey items sometimes. And they vary by store - I had some M Milk Chocolate bars (200g), all of them BB date 29th May (still got some, absolutely fine for ages of course) - and in Wrexham they wanted (and got) 15p each, however I found some at another store on the RTC, again BB 29th May, and there they'd only marked them down to 49p. I was not having any of those. I found Kellogg's Frozen cereal one time some while ago at 9p RTC in Gloucester Metz:) but Newcastle under Lyme Goose Street wanted £1.15 for the same product on their RTC:(. Such a difference between Morrisons and Morrisons.0
