I've spent this afternoon - going down memory lane with all the photo CDs I found.
Old pets, old husbands, younger us, Hawkstone Park, Disneyland Paris for Christmas, dog shows, Dublin, Edinburgh, Portland, old house & swimming with a dolphin off Chesil Beach :D

Here is my Darling Pook who was my heart ♥

    Evening paw sniffers:D

I'm in between cooking and next lot of house guests arriving:D

    A little story:)

Over 10 years ago I lost a stone out of my engagement ring and put it away safely and haven't really looked at it since:o
Although I hinted and hinted to get it repaired no one ever listened:rotfl: and I never got round to getting a new diamond fitted.

I decided the other week to get it done.....rang a friend who knew someone in the trade and went today to look for it.

I brought it out and showed it to DD who is home for the weekend, who proceeded to examine it. The stone isn't missing:T. It was just a piece of dirt:eek:

She has washed it and cleaned it for me and I'm wearing it now. I have promised never ever to garden in it again.

I feel so happy wearing it after all these years:)
