Off to DD's a bit later to stay over as tomorrow I go to watch her do a tandem skydive. Never thought I'd have to watch my offspring leap from a plane. :eek: We have to leave at 05.30 which does not help.

Hoping for a sunny day without a breeze. Taking hat and sandals, just in case, and a fleece and raincoat to be on the safe side.

Have signed up to the gym today. Need to make myself go, I want to do mainly classes, and swim of course, but did get her to show me some of the resistance machines in the actual gym as want to tone up my arms a bit.
