Have you tried a re-starting the router, or even a different browser?

Just wondering if her IP has got mixed up with ones that are blocked?

When in doubt....turn off completely and then back on again. That's what the IT guys tell me at work......and it usually works funnily enough:rotfl:

I've got her at my house now using my IP and it's still blocked I've had her switching hers on and off at home

You do have to delete some to make room cjj. You can move some to another folder but total is still 50 which ever folder they are in. I found that out couple of years ago. Like you I like to hold on to some lovely memories.

I got locked out with access denied before, can't remember what error code it was but doing as enterprise says and turning off my router to give me new IP sorted it.

There was a thread somewhere on MSE about IPs being blocked due to spammers I think it was.

Although if you are managing to log on from same IP not sure that is the problem. Good luck.
