Have you tried using Chrome rather than IE? That's what I've had to do (same issue)

Has anyone received their furniture from homebase glitch a couple of weeks back. I ordered two sofas have received a confirmation email plus I then received a confirmation text changing the date of delivery to June.

Now I've just received an email asking me to review the product would dearly love to but it ain't in situ yet!
