Good morning Rockie ...think it makes sense doing the appropriate things that the weather permits..thank-you for the heads up on the Magnesium oil am definately going to try this as when I finish a days gardening I seem to seize up:eek:and take a paracetamol and ibuproven but think this might just do the trick ...enjoy the day in the garden ..0 -

A sad update from me. Nothing more can be done for my friend and they think it's likely to be days or a couple of weeks at most. I'm going to see her tomorrow unless she's in transit to a hospice in which case I'll go Thursday.
