    At the risk of finding myself on TMs MIA list :eek: I'm leaving shorty to avail myself of free parking at Glasgow Airport :money: and then onwards to Lanzarote :j

    I wonder if ipint works internationally :think: :rotfl:

    Good morning:)
    It's not quite carling:eek::eek:

    I got a £5 off 20 pack yesterday but otherwise it has been Sizzling or NowTV passes recently.

    It seems that the £1/£2 off vouchers were due to expire today which I had not noticed ... as I git lots of notifications this morning to say they are expiring and as usual they have already expired, so they still have not sorted this. It is worth noting to use any others by 30/5 as waiting until the last day will lead to disappointment.

    I still have quite a few £5 off 20 packs to use up if I can find any Wombles or get desperate for beer (I have "a few" cases in my stash, so not rushing to buy more that will cost me money ... as I have a few free 4 packs still to claim :)).

    Morning all :D

    Went to grooms birthday party last night :dance: :beer: probably the last time we will all be together before hitting the airport :eek:

    I bought our Disney park tickets yesterday :j :j :j it seemed to make more sense to buy them now and just pick them up on the day rather than faffing about in the queue at the gate on the day. I need to start looking at fast passes and stuff now :)

    We've decided we aren't picking up the hire car. It's more cost effective for us not to. On the upside, the money we've saved doing that is paying for us to go to universal studios :j :j and that's walking distance from our hotel too, so win win :D

    Same for me now with only free 4 packs I'm getting and as I've had a heavy drinking weekend with 2 cans drunk I think my stash is going to last a while:cool::)

    Good morning all, cloudy but warmish this morning.

    :) Can you not steam clean them in situ?

    We used to do that with velvet curtains

    I wish, they are too dirty for that, OH used to smoke up there when watching football (not allowed to even smoke in the house anymore) and you can feel it in the fabric. I don't think I could be thorough enough to satisfy me. Still, if they shrink I would have a good excuse to make new ones. I think I may have to replace the lining at least, it has really suffered.

    Getting frustrated with the decorating. I really wanted to do all the emulsioning before I started on any glossing, but I need the steps to get to part of the wall and ceiling, and Oh needs the steps for work, so the best I can do is do the glossing outside of out room next week and wait till the weekend to paint our room. So it won't be done quite as quickly as I was hoping, but heyho.
