Hi vt I did the survey about 12 months ago and at the end I was given a code to write on the receipt. When I used it in store I just gave the receipt to the sa and said I had done the survey and that was the code and she took the £5 off. Not sure if it is still the same now or not. hthvanilla_twist wrote: »Does anyone do the survey on bottom of homebase receipts? If so do you get £5 voucher via email? It's £5 off £50 and will be spending that on planters on sunday so thought I would actually do the survey.
