No, wasn't meaning mine, I was meaning mine doesn't works as I imagined.

You must have an idea? Panoramics sunsets/ sunrise, cityscapes, abstracts etc

I think that's the problem, really want something in the blue range, so more than likely seascape/s, but we need it soft rather than harsh.

Things not great but possibly not as bad as feared. Won't really know for sure until ct scan, which isn't until early June. Meanwhile she is starting chemo again week after next. I'm going up to see her Sunday/Monday (had to change days due to various medical appointments she has) and we're both really looking forward to it. Thank you for asking. :)

Glad he is a bit better. How are his exams going?

di, lovely to hear from you, I hope you do escape the dreaded hospital today, you don't want to be there for the weekend if you can help it.

Thanks LS, exams going ok so far :)
Sorry things are not great with your friend. Hope you both have a lovely time on Sunday & Monday xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Keep meaning to ask you Nanny if you could post a pic of your shutters so I can see how they look/work as thinking of some myself :D

    Evening all

Glad to hear from Di and that she is 'ok' :A

Good evening Susan ..I still do not know how to post pic on here but mine are the ones identical to the Hilarys Plantation shutters and absolutely love them ...I saw them many years ago at the Ideal home show and really wanted them but out of my price range.I managed to find a local guy who did them for a lot cheaper than Hilarys and they are just as good and a lot cheaper and was able to have all the front of the house done.

Go to tinypic.com, upload the picture there, then copy the image code (says for forums) and put that where you want the picture :D

Was it Iceland for the deal that Bubbs posted about the UB and woks?

I need to go to the post office and there is an Iceland next door so may take a look....and I've got some Love2shop vouchers that could do with using up.

No woks left for me and then I realised that I didn't really need one anyway:rotfl:

I got my crackers thank you scamps and had to use every ounce of self restraint not to start munching my way through them:rotfl:

    How did it go cjj?

Isn't it a stressful time.....for the whole family. It's much better when they are away at uni and you don't have to watch them go through it:o
