Choosing A New Deal with Existing Lender

Our current mortgage deal is coming to an end. Having fixed for the past 3 years, once again I am questioning what decision to make this time around.

With several years left on our mortgage, we've still got a fair way to go (around 125K)

But this question is more about what is currently the best option to choose with interest rates low;
  • Fixed for another few years
OR
  • This time around try the Tracker for a couple of years (now that my wife and I are a little more stable financially)

There is also a Tracker option for a Lifetime (I'm not sure that's for me), the later option does include a booking fee too?

Any Insight/Opinions gratefully received?

Thanks
