Pay off Credit card early for BTL Mortgage

I have a credit card which has quite a large balance, £11k, The card gets paid off every month in full from our company bank account, however it's not due to be collected until the 9th May.
Would it advisable to pay it off today as my application is being assessed on Saturday according to Virgin Money. Am i worrying for nothing as it always been collected in the past, I have the funds so can do either. It's a BTL mortgage if it matters.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it affects my credit rating, it will get paid a couple of days later so hopefully should be ok. i was in two minds to pay it or not as it didn't want to confuse the issue and it normally less than £5k but this month we spent a lot on it.0
