Shoutout to weeowens, spotted the links to this and the next few i'm posting in the T&C's from his post for the nice holiday.

terms and conditions

Prize includes economy travel, 7 nights accomodation and various extra bits specific to each location. T&C's state winner and 3 guests but most of the extra bits only say for 1 or 2 people so not entirely sure how many people you can take. Maybe they pay for travel and accomodation for 4 people but only allow 2 to do the extras? Or maybe a typo and its just for one or 2 people to win.. no idea!

6. Further Prize Details/Conditions:
a. The Prize includes 7 night’s accommodation, based on two double rooms occupancy for the entire party (max 4 people) in a 4* category hotel of the Promoters choice;
b. The prize does not include transport to and from the nearest transport hub (airport, train station etc.) from the winner’s home;
c. All flight tickets are subject to availability and cannot be taken at peak times and other travel restrictions may apply;
d. A round trip flight on economy class at the lowest price available at the booking time is included. One check in bag per couple, subject to the weight limits and any other requirements set by the airline that you are flying with. Guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian;
e. The winner and their guests must travel together in both directions on the same itiniary;
f. All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip;
g. Once flight tickets have been issued, they are only valid for dates and times shown so travel must be taken at the stated times, no alternatives are available. Name changes once confirmed will be at the costs of the winner;
h. If a flight or hotel booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
i. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include in-flight meals (unless included by airline), car parking charges, souvenirs, gratuities excursions and attractions, spending money or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs;
j. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from participation in the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or the winner and/or guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others;
k. The Prize must be booked at least 30 days before the desired date of departure, with the exception of New York which requires 2 months advance booking;
l. The Prize must take place within 18 months from the end of the Promotion and no later than 31st December 2017. All travel must be booked by no later than 31st May 2017.
m. Travel restrictions include (prize cannot be taken in these times):
i. Easter (7th - 23rd April 2017), Christmas (15th - 25th December 2016/2017) and New Year's Eve (28th December 2016 - 5th January 2017).
ii. New York has a summer period special exclusion from 20th June – 31 August both 2016 and 2017.
n. Prize includes flights from London. Departures from other airports may incur additional charges, subject to availability;
The Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, or otherwise connected with, any prize provider unless stated otherwise.
7. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the relevant daily prize draw all of which will be conducted within 3 working days of the closing date by an Independent entity.
8. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw on May 8th 2016 and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner.
9. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter’s only obligation shall be to provide a holiday voucher code and thereafter the winner will be required to deal with Lastminute.com on their standard terms and conditions (available at http://www.lastminute.com/terms/terms-and-conditions-lastminute-group.html).). Any queries, issues, complaints or otherwise which arise in connection with the redemption of the prize should be directed to Lastminute.com, however the Promoter will provide all reasonable assistance in connection with any issues relating to the verification/validity of the holiday voucher code provided to the winner by the Promoter.
10. Entrants must enter the promotion using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any Prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter will require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
11. Where a winner has been found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
14. The responsibility of any tax, insurance, additional costs, registration requirements or liabilities arising from this Promotion or prize lies with the person claiming the Prize.
15. Insurance is not provided as part of the Prize. It will be each winner’s and (if applicable) their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to the Prize provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter shall have no liability to the winner in relation to any Prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.
16. It is the responsibility of each winner and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by the Government and to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the holiday destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner and their guests (if applicable) arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government. The winner and their guests (if applicable) must comply with and are responsible for obtaining any inoculation and health regulations required by any holiday destination country.
17. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guests should any winner or their guests not redeem a holiday prize as a result of any Government travel warning or advisory applicable to the destination country or for any other failure on their part to travel. In particular, the Promoter shall have no obligation to substitute any alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a winner and/or their guests (if applicable) fail to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
18. The winner and their guests must have and maintain valid passports with expiry dates no less than six (6) months following the proposed dates of travel or such other duration as may be required by any relevant regulation. These passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to winners and/or their guests. The Promoter shall not be responsible for ensuring the winner and their guest’s ability to travel nor for any additional costs incurred should entry be refused. If for any reason travel visa is declined the Winners will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
19. The winner and their guests must comply with the terms and limitations of airlines, other transport providers, and the venues involved in the provision of any Prize. In particular, they must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
