Letter from HSBC/Lowell Portfolio addressed to previous occupier

I bought my flat 5 years ago now and the previous owner had credit problems.
Today I received a letter addressed to the previous owner from HSBC referencing her bank account that has been sold to Lowell Financial with an outstanding balance of £82.70.
Is there anything I need to do about this or can I just ignore it as they must still have this as the last known address for her.

Just return the letter to HSBC and inform them that the person no longer lives at your address, and has not done so for the last five years.
Return any further letters, unopened, to sender.
