Is it illegal for me to go to blockbusters and rent a 360 game, but in the original case I take out the free live trial? I'm guessin it's illegal but what do you guys think?

but you would be paying to rent the game. Someone is entitled to the free trial. If nobody else has had it and you are renting the game, maybe it's not that bad?

It is 'free' to the buyer of the game, not the person that rents it from them.

A moral discussion is all good and well, but still doesn't change the fact that it is illegal.

You rent the game for a day or two.

But the trial disc you'll need for a month maybe.

I don't think they leave them in the case anyway - I've certainly not had one in any I've rented. Try going to an X-Box forum - users seem happy to give spare codes to people as you don't actually need the card, just the number.
