What can I do with turkey strips?

I have defrosted some turkey strips that I would usually stir fry, but I don't have a sauce to go with it, I do have rice/noodles/peppers/onion so I could do some sort of stir fry, but I am wondering if I could do a casserole type of meal with it..I don't have any pasta at the moment, so a pasta bake is out..
Any ideas? preferably something that would feed me, dh, ds (5) and twins (17months)
Thanks for any ideas..

yeah i use them for all sorts.
Ive used them with gravy & veg as a pie filling?
Ive used them in a white wine/ cream sauce, with veg & have either in a pie, or with rice, or pasta , or even potatoes. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I like them coated in homemade breadcrumbs & fried, much nicer than shop-bought goujons.Dum Spiro Spero0
