Well, I suggested to my friend (who was brought up during WW2) that he try high meat content sausages - talking about 90%+ meat content) and he said they were too hard.
Basically, too much meat.
He's settled on something around 65% meat
It's suits him but I wouldn't buy it.

Personal choice.
For anyone who does buy Richmond sausages, it's a good 'heads-up'.
