Settled charging order mtg application

Hi I am hoping to settle a charging order and hope to apply for a mtg. Has anyone any idea how long I would need to wait until applying? The debt is 8 years since default/ccj but I have only just been able to secure enough funds to pay it off (partially). I was hoping to apply over the next year. Thanks for any help or ideas.
