Tracking natwest application

Hi all,

We have applied for a mortgage with Natwest through a broker. He doesn'tseem to be updating me with its progress - should we be able to track it online? As far as I know we've never been given a reference number for the application. I guess I'm asking is there any way to find out the reference number so I can see any progress?

Obviously I will ask my broker but as it's bank holiday I don't expect a reply

I do bank with Natwest so I thought I might at least have got an email? Or does it all just go through the broker?

Thanks!
