Could you stretch to buying a bag of potatoes?

If so you can do sausage & mash & brocc/ cauli.

Id do the pork steaks with rice, veg and pepper sauce

the chicken legs, Id put in a marinade like BBQ sauce or paprika dusting etc, serve with potato wedges, onion rings, garlic bread corn ciobs, grilled muhrooms/ salad etc - tex mex style.

what do you usually do with mince theres stacks of ideas on mince on here, chilli, spag bol, hm burgers, meatballs, cottage pie etc etc.

then youve got loads of options for "lazy teas" fish fingers & chips, sausage & chips & beans.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind

I do chicken broccoli pasta bake by cooking all the pasta, adding in the broccoli into the pasta water to cook too. Cooking the chicken and an onion and then put all together in a dish.

When I come home from work I pour over a tin of condensed chicken soup mixed with some milk and then add cheese and bung in the oven for 20 mins to heat up.

after you have soaked and then used the ham to start the stock for the soup - take some of the cooked ham off the bone and use for a meal (such as ham with bubble and squeak or mix with the cooked potato inner of a jacket spud to make twice-baked potatoes or even on sandwiches or salad for a lunchtime treat) and then put the rest of the ham back in the stock for a meaty soup

You will easy make it through a week, maybe even more with an added loaf, milk and eggs.

    Spanish omolette with potato.

    sausages in onion gravy. MMMMMMM

    You are making me hungry!!

Baked rice dish, boil rice, add chopped left over veg, and some chopped omolette, dash of worcester and soy sauce (or whatever you like really) and bung in oven to dry out. Serve on own as lunch or add whatever meat you have left.

Great kids for not being fussy!!!
