Afternoon All.

I'm only going to be planning a short week this week - Tuesday to Friday

Breakfast - overnight oats (Oats, muller light, frozen berries, Banana)

Lunch -

A mix of tiny yellow tomatoes (roasted), mozzarella, sliced chicken sausage, diced carrot, diced apple, and diced peppers. Or

Pasta bolognese (LO) - mince (4%), sw meatballs, garlic, tinned tomatoes, grated carrot, onion, sweetcorn, diced peppers, diced aubergine, mushroom, Pasta, cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg

Dinner
Tuesday - Ham or beef salad

Wednesday - Chicken fried rice - chicken, mushroom, beansprouts, bamboo, water chestnuts, sum choi, peppers, rice, garlic, ginger, soy

Thursday (v) - Stuffed flat mushrooms - onion, peppers, tomato, garlic, black beans, sweetcorn, rice, mozzarella, 2 big flat mushrooms

Friday (v) - Twice baked (chilli stuffed) BN squash - half roast squash, TVP, tinned tomatoes, kidney beans, haricot beans, black beans, sweet corn, peppers, onion, cumin seed, dried coriander, cayenne pepper.

Snacks - strawberries, plums, grapes, bananas, apples
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
