Help with an IFA

Hi everyone
I'm not sure if this allowed but I wondered if anyone could recommend a good IFA? My circumstances will be as follows:
I am commission only
I want Help to Buy Equity Loan
I have some old arrears on a closed mortgage account (over 6yrs old but still showing due to the stagnant account)
Other than that, my account is impeccable. I would appreciate it if anyone knows an IFA that specialises in new builds (because the paperwork has to be exchanged in 28 days) and is whole of market so they can go to the right provider for my income circumstances.
If possible and it's not allowed, can anyone PM me? I would appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks in advance.

You are probably better off with a mortgage adviser than an IFA. Although most IFAs do employ mortgage advisers.
New builds are not an issue. There wont be a mortgage adviser out there with no experience in that unless they happen to be new to the role.
IFAs and whole of market advisers have to be whole of market. Although as you want them working on commission basis, that means they will not be working on independent basis. If possible and it's not allowed, can anyone PM me?
That is against board rules and you shouldnt want it that way either. Any discussion should be on the open forum. Anyone messaging you would be breaking forum rules.
Why not try your local firms.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
