Hi all,
So things are starting to get exciting now! We are exchanging contracts on Tuesday and hoping to complete the week after!
This may sound a silly question, but I was just wondering is it the job of my conveyancer to request the mortgage funds from
the lender, so they are transferred in time? Or is this something I should be getting my mortgage broker to do?
Thanks

Conveyancer deals with all monetary and legal aspects of the transaction. They are also acting on behalf of the lender not just yourselves.0
