Evening all
Me and husband have applied for a mortgage with the Loughborough building society, we have DIP we got that on the 18th April only waited 2 working days for that, now the full application has gone in (they received it on Tuesday) and it was sent to the underwriters on Wednesday, how long does it take? I'm a bag of nerves waiting. They did a credit check before the DIP will they do another one before making a final decision? I spoke to the the mortgage advisor at the society today and she said they should look at it next week, I thought as they have already agreed in principle that this stage would be quicker but they haven't even looked at it yet.
Any advice? Has anyone else had a mortgage with the Loughborough?
