Halifax 1% cash back offer

I have received my mortgage offer from Halifax a couple of weeks back and the sale is now with solicitors but I have noticed today Halifax have introduced a 1% cash back offer from 25th April to 16 th June. Does anyone know if we would be automatically be eligible for this offer or would we have to reapply to benefit? I can't find any terms and conditions.

You would need to change products.
There was a 0.35%ish increase in the rates to recover some of the cashback, so you won't get the rate you are currently on as well as the cashback.I am a mortgage broker.
