So a new debt diary... To start with this one is about keeping our heads above water, as opposed to paying the debt back. Husband is a self employed carpenter/general tradesman, I work full time - 2 little ones one in school and one is a toddler.
We've always sailed close to the wind re finances and when his work gets quiet the debt builds up. So a month ago he got ill and as a result now can't drive - making his work very difficult - everything is taking longer - he cant price jobs, he cant go to the suppliers.
Need to keep the spending to an absolute minimum and boost income as much as possible.
