Halifax possible audit?

Hi all just a quick question.

Been reading a lot on here about Halifax pulling mortgage applications for audit. We've just sent our signed mortgage deed back to the solicitor.

We really had no problem getting our mortgage offer (30% deposit) despite some minor adverse credit (one small default 3.5 years ago).

We supplied anything and everything up front but assuming they didn't look at it all, as it was approved within hours of submitting full application - I assume due to our deposit.

Do you know if they did pull us for audit the broker just sends the statements etc he already has from us? 3 months staments from all accounts plus 3 months payslips etc? Or do they request "new" ones.

Thanks!

The broker will forward what they have and ask you for anything else which is requested.
