The recipe for Greek Lamb Kofta looks good but I'd buy some fat-free Greek yoghurt (FAGE TOTAL) instead of some bought tzatziki then use any leftover yoghurt as breakfast with added chopped walnuts and honey. :)

    Thanks Tiddlywinks.

Did you realise this finishes this weekend. Pitty one of us did not find it two years ago when it started.

I think we would have used it a lot. It's very MSE and very Old Style.

I see it has a tool to find recipes for your ingredients.

Sorry, if I'm being dim. What finishes this weekend? The website? I am pretty sure it's come up on here before. It rings a bell with me as I disagree with one of their views about food storage, which is that keeping fruit/veg in their packaging makes it keep longer. That has never been my experience. I find taking the produce out, wiping it with a kitchen towel if moist and then putting in the salad drawer with a layer of kitchen roll on the bottom is a lot better for keeping produce longer.

Oh no - how do you know it's closing? There's nothing on the website to say it is. It's a registered charity that works with government agencies.

There's even a cooking event planned in Chichester in June and an app's just been launched so I'm surprised it isn't continuing.

Its not the website that is shutting down. But scheme in 10 cities across the UK chosen to focus on fighting food waste with Love Food Hate Waste. will only run for two years in those cities.
