Santander mortgage

How long does it take to get a mortage /remortage with santander .
I started the process via London & Country on Sunday and today (Wednesday ) L&C said my application had been accepted .

I have given them proof of income and bank statements ,nothing else.
One other thing this offer included free legal and survey .
How long is the whole process .
Should I be worried about the speed of the free legal .

A week to ten days for the offer (depending on the date of the valuation) and the legal work will depend on the title and rest of the legal side which is impossible to prognosticate accurately.

Free legals can take a long time unless you keep on the solicitors back.

They are managing thousand of cases for very little profit and service is not a priority.

Allow yourself to be forgotten and you will be.
