Change of property address - effect on mortgage application?

My son is hoping to buy his first flat. It's in a converted office building. Broker has recommended Nationwide and full application was submitted last Friday.
Paperwork from solicitors arrived today and the selling solicitors have changed the address of the property on the lease and all paperwork!
It is now Flat xx, Rxxx House (building's long term name).
On original documents and on offer acceptance paperwork it is shown as 12 Mxxx West (name chosen by the developer).
Mortgage application was submitted as 12 Mxxx West.
He is emailing the mortgage broker but could this cause problems or delays? Developers want to exchange in 28 days, and there are financial incentives for this. Not going to rush everything for that but it would be nice for him to get a bit of cash back!

Can't see why it would be a problem as long as the solicitors are happy that everyone is talking about the same property.0
