Agency lied about job

What's the issue?. As you have been at the assignment for more than 12 weeks, you are legally entitled to the same pay rate and holidays as your permanent directly employed counter-parts. The AWR (2011) says so.

Btw, it works both ways as an agency worker. If you find a better job, you can leave the current one without any notice period whatsoever.
