Help to Buy Scotland - remortgage?

We bought a house with the HTB Scotland shared equity scheme a couple of years ago, and we're coming to the end of our fixed rate soon.

Nationwide (our lender) have sent us a list of all of the rates which will soon be available if we wish to re-mortgage with them... Except they're not available for HTB customer so I'm not sure why they sent us the letter.

The HTB scheme documentation says that with their approval, we are allowed to re-mortgage.

Has anyone done that? Will the lenders allow it? If I tell Nationwide I'm looking elsewhere are they likely to offer us a new fixed rate?
