Hi,
Anyone with any recent experience of Aldermore?
We received a DIP 2 weeks ago on a HTB new build, went to full application straight away, supplied requested documents last thursday, valuation completed on Saturday (valuation has come back fine), they've asked for clarity on how we intent to clear our current mortgage (answer: with the funds from the sale of our existing house), we've been told they'll assess this new information within 48 hours.
We've not had any further questions on income and expenditure, outstanding credit commitments or anything as we gave all this to our broker from the outset with 3 months bank statements, payslips, P60's etc.
Should we be expecting an offer or are they likely to ask any additional questions.
I'm aware this is possibly the million dollar question :-).
Cheers,

Sounds like your broker has handled the case well and they've just asked the question to clarify.

About the same question - underwriters have checked our documents and said they are fine at the current stage. We have submitted p60's ,3 months bank statements (however one of them done in the end of march) , 3 payslips (again last one from the end of march), credit card statements, car finance agreement, proofs of addresses (previous and current). What else they can request? really worried, as we are tight with time and we are going tomorrow abroad for holidays and won't be able to send anything from there.***Twins mummy***0

It's impossible to say Anz as unless your broker has packaged the case so that it's water tight Aldermore may come back with queries around your bank statement entries etc.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.

David, sorry didn't mention - we have Leeds. but our broker said that they are usually fine if you submit everything in one time. but I am still worried that they can request more and more documents.***Twins mummy***0
