Anglian and Hitachi Loan advice

We took gold finance deal with money and full intention to pay off in full as soon the loan started.
We are in dispute with Anglian as we are not happy with the installation and excessive damage to the outside of our property which they have admitted to.

Anglian have started our hitachi loan despite their contract staying no money will be paid until we are satisfied. we have not paid them yet either until it has been resolved.

I reckon this is breach of contract and probably mis-selling - please advise

We are now accruing interest on this loan and feel forced to pAy it off to stop this even though the work has not been completed to a satisfactory standard yet

No miss-selling as far as I can see but I would raise a formal complaint with Anglian detailing what they need to do to resolve your complaint and giving them 14 days to respond with their planned resolution.

I would send a copy of the complaint to Hitachi finance and say that you are in dispute with Anglian and point out the Anglian clause that says no money to be paid until customer is satisfied.
