Help Please Debt Not Mine

Hi guys,
Wonder if any of you can help.
I am being chased for a debt from Natwest that is not mine. I have never had a Natwest account and this debt appeared around 2 years ago. I had a debt collection agency chasing (cant remember the name but complete bullies! they are a tracing agency too) I finally got them to agree the debt was not mine and they were meant to send it out to me in writing. I never received it but thought nothing of it as i didnt hear from them again.
I have now received a letter from a different debt collection agency telling me that they are ready to start litigation if this debt is not paid.... I have asked for them to provide details of the original agreement, which they did not do. I have spoken to Natwest and the debt collection agency and both have told me i need to prove to them i never lived at that address. Not a problem but i have already done this before.
What do i do now?
Help please. I really dont know how to get them to stop hassling me

Hi
See herbie's comments here
and then read the OFT Guidelines
Link to OFT DebtCollection Guidelines is:http://oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/busines...dit/oft664.pdf
Construct a stinking letter to the CEOs of Natwest (who are legally responsible for the action of their morons), and both DCAs, copied into the OFT, the trading Standards local to where the mugs operate/have a head office and the Information Commissioner.
You may not hear from them again. With luckIf you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Follow RAS advice and send them proof (again) that it's not you.
Don't worry about their threats of litigation - you've got proof that it's not your debt and the onus is on them to provide evidence that it is (which they clearly can't do!). They'd be laughed out of any court, it won't get that far. They're just trying to scare you into paying to get rid of them.
Send the letters that RAS has suggested - send them proof that it's not you and let them know this isn't the first time you've done this so what they're doing is now harassment. I'd also let the DCAs and Natwest know you're reporting it to OFT and FSA as well, might shut them up. Finally!
"have spoken to Natwest and the debt collection agency and both have told me i need to prove to them i never lived at that address."
They're wrong about this too - the onus is not on you to prove the debt isn't yours, legally it's up to them to prove that it is.0
