Applying for credit after mortgage offer received

A bit of a general question here - I've just received my mortgage offer for the property I'm looking to buy.
To set the scene, I have a personal loan and a car finance loan currently outstanding and if I combine the two via a new loan from my current bank I can almost halve the monthly payments as the interest rate I qualify for is a lot lower than when both loans were taken out.
Basically, if I apply for this now my mortgage has been offered is there any way it could compromise the mortgage offer by having more credit searches done etc?
Any advise greatly appreciated, thanks.

I am interested in the same question...if we will get mortgage offer, can we have any loans applied pretty much quickly after that? as we need all flooring sorted and we need an interest free loan.***Twins mummy***0
