Payplan to stepchange

We are on a DMP with Payplan and wanting to change to stepchange how hard is it to do so?

Hi
It should be simple to change over. Contact Stepchange first to start the ball rolling and then contact Payplan to tell them you want to cancel. If a payment to your creditors might be missed during the change you can write to them to explain what is happening and offer a token payment.
