NFL jersey - hasn't arrived, no contact, help plse

Options
Hi

I'm wondering if I've made a mistake, does anyone know?

I ordered an NFL jersey from https://www.NFL-store.uk in December, and it arrived ~ 3 or 4 weeks later, everything fine. :)

But then I ordered a personalised one on 13th Feb (which i was expecting to take longer, ~ 6 weeks or so) and I've heard nothing. Ive tried to track it, but my order number is not recognised on the site now.

I've tried to email them, and get a ticket number from https://worldsports.supportsystem.com but they haven't got back to me.

It was expensive, ~£85, can I do anything? Can't see a phone number on the site, have I been a fool?

Thanks. :o

The advice on the NFLUK forum seems to be steer clear (of their various incarnations) going back to 2012. Seems they are selling chinese knock offs.

    Also run NBA shop http://nba-shop.uk/contact-us-2-w.asp

Their address is a mailbox (they have moved from another mailbox address)

    How did you pay ?

The usage of an 0845 number for after-sales enquiries is a breach of Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The regulations came into force on 13 June 2014.

No harm in asking, the worst they will say is no can do.

Did a bit of research and called my credit card company yesterday. They're doing a charge back for me.
If the company doesn't prove that I've had the goods in the next 45 days, then the refund stands.
Phew! Will order from the official site next time.
