Santander default

Hi everyone

Long story short

2 defaults on my account from said company but...
Looking through old paper work and I have found the following.

The letter states

Loan summery statement

Details correct as at 24-03-2011
Loan 1
Amount outstanding £0.00
Term remaining 0 months

I think this is a statement after selling to dca but is that a big cockup??

my credit file is clear of any dca for said loans? Surely if it was sold to a dca Santander would class it as satisfied? As I can't have 2 entries on my file for same debt?

Any help please
