Reservation fee

Hello all
Due to our incapacity so far to get a mortgage(1700 pounds old default due to ex partner ):mad:
Does anyone know if we can have the reservation fee back from the housing association?
Actually the banks are fine to lending us the money
But with a 80/85% LVT .
So far the max we can give is 10% deposit!!

not necessarily...depends really on the housing association...ours said that fee won't be returned only if we change our minds, but if we get rejected, we can get fee back.***Twins mummy***0
