DCA contact over unenforceable debt

I have been contacted by a DCA regarding a debt that the original creditor acknowledged was unenforceable. Is there a standard 'prove it' reply I can send to get them to go away?

Hi,
In what way is it unenforcable ?
No credit agreement ?
Do you have it in writing from the OC that this is the case ? As the DCA will require proof.
If you do, send a copy of that letter to the DCA with a covering letter, if you don't, you may have to go through the CCA process again.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
