Generally speaking in regard to mortgages which have little initial fees but larger fees to 'draw down' If i were to apply for a mortgage and be accepted but not actually take the offer up would I be obliged to pay the draw down fees?
It worries me that if my offer on the property is not accepted or gazumped then i may face fees of circa £2k
