Asda price guarantee problem

Has anyone has problems with the asda price guarantee site not working, this has happened to me quite a few times recently (to the tune of about £10 worth of vouchers) I input the receipt details, the site says that's a voucher for £2 or whatever, but when it actually generates the voucher it fails and says something about a technical problem (that they'll fix) has happened on and off for a few weeks now. I have emailed asda but of course not had a response.

Not been due a voucher for the last two shops, but it was working fine prior to that.0
