Credit searches

The question is that we have applied for two lenders and one is showing in our credit file as a search with "bad impact on score" and another one "with no impact" on score, but they both still show. what does that mean?

I had 2 serarches recently from Nationwide. One was showing as no impact on credit score and the other experian said had a negative impact. I assume the no impact was the DIP and the negative impact was full application. I wouldnt worry0

We have had few searches with no impact from our current lender, the negative one it's our old mortgage application which haven't been approved. we also have some soft searches done by our current lender on a daily basis, what does that mean? as one of them is called "follow up search".***Twins mummy***0
