Hi there
We are waiting for a full mortgage application to be agreed. It's a nightmare honestly to wait....trying to find "the reasons" why it can be rejected.
We have been rejected once last year due to "unplanned overdraft" on my husbands account and I presume that lender have seen them on his bank account statement. Since that time we never even used overdraft, so it's always remains untouched and always have there money saved above( couple of thousands.) However unplanned overdraft doesn't show on his credit file for the last year (only one occasion with late payments, which says 60-72 month ago). will lender be able to see that information if it's not on his credit file? and his credit score is excellent.
