Win a year’s supply of biscuits terms & conditions

1. Opening date for entries into the ‘Win a year’s supply of biscuits’ prize draw is: 12:00pm midday, Monday 18th April. Closing date for the ‘Win a year’s supply of biscuits’ prize draw is: 23:59pm Sunday 22nd May 2016.
2. The Promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Channel Island residents, aged 21 or over only, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of Bahlsen Biscuits, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
3. To enter, you need to find the pop-up biscuit on the microsite as hosted on www.biscuitcase.co.uk.
4. Online entry only. To enter online go to www.biscuitcase.co.uk.
5. You will be required to provide a valid email address to enter.
6. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
7. The prize package is a year’s supply of variants of Bahlsen Choco Leibniz (52 packs in total).
8. The prize package cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or re-sold. There is no cash substitute and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, third party discount or voucher.
9. The prize package will be awarded to one overall winner of the promotion.
10. The winner will be contacted via email with the email details used to submit their entry on Wednesday 25th May 2016. In the event that a winner fails to respond to the initial notification within 21 days, their prize will be awarded to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or cancel the prize at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.
12. By entering the competition, entrants agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
13. In the event of an entrant’s email changing the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
