Dip

I got a dip the other day, my broker done it with nationwide... He is really busy and doesn't have an appointment to do the full mortgage for another 2 weeks, we are buying a new build and need to exchange in 6 weeks so really wanted to apply for the full mortgage asap.
Am I able to go with another broker or will it effect my credit score or mortgage chances if I get a new dip?
Thanks

Firstly I'd tell the broker about your concerns regarding timescales as it's not your problem that they've taken on more work than they can handle.
if a delay your broker is creating could put the sale at risk you've every right to go elsewhere.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.
