43 years NI contributions but still need to contribute

Hi
I'm 61 and have 43 full years contributions. At the moment I am contracting and also get a smallish contributory pension. The salary I am drawing means I am below the NI threshold.
Looking at my State Pension forecast, I will get £155.65 when I turn 66 but the amount based on my 'current insurance record' is only £146.11.
Why is this, given I have well over the minimum 35 years to qualify for a full pension?
Hopefully someone can advise and thanks in advance.

Ever been contracted out - i.e. paying a reduced NI?
If so, that's probably why.0 -
Look at some of the calculations/examples on this thread, it will explain all
