Hi Guys,

I was just walking passed a Sports Direct store in Croydon, apparently they're closing down... literally all stock must go... they're offering up to 70% off, so get there quickly, I can't see this lasting.

Our local store always has up to 70% off. They're not closing, though, they have only just refurbished the store.

Sports Direct always claim they have up to 70% off and the store is closing down. Our local one did that a few months ago and the store is still there, now with different so called 'offers' on the window. It is an advertising ploy so this is not really a Grabbit and has been moved to the Shop but don't drop board.

As others have said - they have been running these misleading "closing down promotions" for years.

same old thing though , and they own a load of the brand names now so I assume the RRP is inflated
