Quidco help please

Sorry if this maybe in the wrong forum,anyway i have £150 sitting with quidco,it is under the recieved catogary,but every month that goes by the payment month goes back with it.I have tried to contact them but i cant find any contact details and i have tried filling out an earnings enquiry form but it stops me at no recorded vist of merchant in the last 12 weeks.Any help would be so gratefull.Thanks Paul.

How were you expecting payment ?BACS or Paypal?Only I think paypal has a £50 limit.0

You can set a payment limit with Quidco to reach a certain amount before they pay out. Have you done that at all? It will be in your settings at the bottom.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
